The quality standards to which the UNSE refers for its members, are described in articles 4 and 5 of the « agreement to improve the quality of the services of linguistic stays » also named « approved » contract which is implemented by the National Office for the Guarantee of Language Training & Overseas stays under the aegis of the ministry in charge of consumption and with the participation of the professional organizers, parents federations and consumer associations.
